Ratroute is a perl based utility that will allow you to do event-based link-level load balancing on dynamic (ppp) connections.
Yup, that's a mouthfull, but essentially allows you to split a local ADSL connection and a international ADSL connection based on routes.
I wrote it because some guy thought he could make a product out of it. I just GPL'ed it from day one. Because....
